Time of Our Lives

Image
Being a teenager is all about having those weekends that you'll never forget. When classes end and it's time to let loose the out of control wildness come out in full force. College is supposed to be some of the best years of your life. It's the time to make long-lasting friendships, but also memories that you'll cherish for as long as you will live. It's about laughing until your stomach and you can't breathe, dancing like a full fledged party animal, and being with people that compliment everything about you. This is the time of our lives. Saturday night officially began with me demolishing the organization of my closet and having a total first world problem of having nothing to wear. I literally changed whole outfits thrice before I decided on a final studly ensemble including a v-neck shirt, a black cardigan, and khaki pants. I was looking hot and dangerous and ready for a night of wildness. I met up with Jackie and it was off to the Marché for the late

League of Our Own

Being a teenager is all about your absolutely wild self. Teenagers are different from any other age group because of the kind of youth we have. We're known for being run by our emotions, and all over the place, and that's totally not a bad thing. I'll be the first to admit that with all the stuff I do and all the things I say people must find me weird as hell. Let it be known that we're all kind of strange in multiple ways. When you're with your friends, you let the crazy out and a total mess. We're in a league of our own. There are way too many things that I do that are absolutely ridiculous. Sitting in class nowadays can be boring as hell. Professors lecture on and on and frankly I'm on the verge of literally not being able to careless. I'm watching other people and completely making fun of them. If a guy and a girl are having a conversation I'll be be mouthing and reenacting the conversation, and I'm sure I probably look weird as heck. I

Total Strangers

Being a teenager is all about those random instances where you accidentally make eye contact with someone you don't know. It's the most awkward thing ever, you're looking around you notice that someone is staring at you. It's so weird. Like do I know? Do you need something? I understand I'm looking like a Greek Adonis right now in all this winter wear but I'm more than a piece of meat, so stop looking at me like one. Then there's the kids that you see all around campus for no reason, like are you following me. Jersey Shore level 5 stalker status. We're total strangers. Didn't your momma ever tell you it was rude to stare at people. I don't understand why people are so bad at staring, like do it properly. If you're going to correctly creep on someone have some class and be discreet about it. I'm usually looking at pretty girls who happen to walk by, I always give them my heartbreaking sultry smile, and when we've passed each othe

What Happened Last Night?

Being a teenager is all about building up excitement for the week. Each weekday brings you slowly closer to the great sustenance known as the weekend. It's the ultimate countdown to be done with academics for while and turn on your social charm to full blast. It's the difference between Vanessa Carlton "A Thousand Miles" and LMFAO "Champagne Showers" from the weekdays to those nights we literally live for. But everything is good in moderation. Too much can actually be over the top. Then you're left thinking, what happened last night? College is the time to discover your limits and determine how far you can go on all accounts. Most teens recognize the three big things that can be dealt with, drugs, sex, and alcohol. First comes first, drugs. I don't know about your school, but to say that drugs are present on campus would be an understatement. The amount of glazed over (not the Krispy Kreme doughnut kind) eyes, the herbal wreaking clothing and o
