Youthful Life: X

Truth - Sometimes our lives run in circles. We start out someplace and think that we never want to end up there but you never if that's exactly where you're supposed to be. When we do make it back to the start we are different. We have changed. We have grown through different things. We carry with us all the experiences we have acquired. It's not the same and we are more well equipped to take on any of the choppy waters, attacking pirates, or stormy weather that comes our way. It's been a long journey but it's one that goes on and on. The 20s are all about doing the most. People always say that you can only choose two interests in college between sleep, academics, and friendship but it's too damn true. You can probably guess which one I miss out on, no surprise that I do not sleep. There is so much to do each day and so many people to talk to, it's a wonder that we ever even sleep. Sometimes you have to make miss out on things to get the get the most out of life. We make time for the things that matter to us. How long can you push the nonstop go? If I give you the rundown of all the things I've done this week you wouldn't believe what went on so I'll do just that. It's been one of the craziest weeks I've ever had in my entire life and most definitely in my college experience. The 20s are all about getting thrown into the thick of it and riding it out. Your circumstances and the situations that go down around you will always be changing, but the only common denominator through it all is ... you. You are the greatest common factor (let me stop with these math references) no matter where you are, and that's what you have to count on. That you are more than capable and able to overcome and persevere regardless of what goes on around you. The 20s are all about coming to terms win your inner weirdo. We're all a little quirky, slightly unstable and all kinds of geeky in our own ways. I hardcore fanboy when actors favorite my tweets or when I read casting news. Stuff that may or may not matter on the grandest scale mean a whole lot to me. Everyone has their thing. *Welcome to my new and improved blog - notice the cloud (throwback to the teen days aka yesterday). We're no longer teenagers, we're 20 (or) something like that!   The 20s are all about getting your birthday cake on (in more ways than one, JK but actually though). It's my birthday! I'm unfortunately the big 2-0, meaning I've left teenagedom behind and am officially old (hence the blog update). What have I done with my life, nothing much really compared to Tom Daley or Gabby Douglas, hell Nathan Sykes and all those unbelievably amazing young people who've made their mark. Being a teenager is all about stepping it up. Call us out, we won't back down and we say bring it on. We might be a little rowdy, kind of random and a whole lot of idiotic but we're young, and have got a lot to learn. Let us do our thing and deal with things as they come. This summer has been one huge challenge so far. My motivation to study for my impending MCAT examination has been tough to muster, but I go at it everyday. It's just so damn boring.
